Love it.....thanks Andrew, is that really how small companies think of things?? Never heard of adding the money raised in a CR to your MC, not at least here in the US doesn't work that way....cash in the bank has nothing to do with MC....doesn't that mean that as they spend the money the MC should decrease?? MC should be the indicator of the health and future potential of the business or present value of the business for more mature companies with steady revenue. No biggie.....and I thought maybe that was where the 32M came from....
