I always got the impression that watts and hoskins were the main guys behind the science. With talk of a buy out i always thought how will that happen i thought the idea of a buyout was for the arms length owner to sell up a viable concern abd walk away with the cash. With these guys any purchase without them would surely be just a group of scientists looking for guidance? The directors are getting 3-400 k a year i believe, and that is why they wanted y o be in a public company. How do you restructure if they dont want to take a pay cut and are central to the business. Add another ceo or director at another 400k per year? Only when s ivnificant deal or income appears methinks.
