Their next raise repeat will more than likely result in another name charge. A consol just like the last 3
ARK. CTR and soon IGS. So don't think .001c is the worst it can get.
They will have to meet listing rules 1-2. Asset test.
They could not meet that on ARK. Suspended. Some how on CTR by probably using a well they have no control over. IGS. They have very little chance as one of their subs when into bankruptcy.
They pumped and dumped CTR at .0014c. (Pre 1 to 100 consol.) Gave their SI shares at .0005c.
Of course looks great after the consol. 14c and 5c.
Hopefully not to many fell for it. I was most certainly yelling clearly as to what they were doing.
Their scum bag IS's deserve to hold the bag!
They are having real trouble plying their trade now.
This may well be the next delist if they can not raise repeat as they have done in the past.
