Confused

based on my reading of this afternoons announcements this is my assessment of the key messages.

1. Re-application- we have done this- this is a positive

2. Court concluded that SMM have already got 3 prospecting licences they, by law, can have anymore, so they can't apply

So based on the above 2 points we are in the box seat.


However the 3rd key point is what has thrown me

3. Working n Status of San Jorge tenement. Is this tenement part of the Isabel nickel deposit ? Sorry if it's a naive comment. However if it isn't, why bring it up here?? Sounds desperate. I've. Don't worry shareholders Isabel nickel is up in the air but hey we might have another opportunity with San Jorge.
