My confusion isn’t totally gone but at least I now have some answers….
Second Opinion, information on the company, including past Board members, is still available from ASIC although IAH subsidiary and POH licensee, Mastitis Management Australia Pty Ltd (formerly known as Insulpatch Pty Ltd) was de-registered on 24/07/16. The information shows that from October 2010, when Insulpatch became Mastitis Management Australia, until May 2014, there was a sole director. From May 2014 until deregistration, there was an additional director. I know of both directors via this forum. Neither is or was a director or employee of Phosphagenics, nor were any directors of Insulpatch current or former directors or employees of Phosphagenics.
With respect to the trademarks or companies of Cellucrème, Oxypatch and Insulpatch, despite their frequent mention on the POH forum during 2010 , I now believe them to be completely separate from Phosphagenics.
