I’m scratching my head here. Perhaps someone can help me out.
I note that the LinkedIn profile of the Founder/Chairman of Integrated Animal Health says he is also a Founding Partner of Cellucrème (from January 2011 to present).
Cellucrème sounded to me like a cellulite cream, which brought to mind POH’s BioElixia Bodyshaper Cellulite Contour Crème, which was launched in April 2011. Interested to find out more, I googled Cellucrème. I couldn’t find a specific product but I did find links to discussions about
Cellucrème on HC and a certain other stock forum, dating back to April and May of 2010 of which I have no memory as I wasn’t a member of HC at that time. There was also a link to some
Cellucrème trademark details. I found that the Cellucrème trademark, along with the trademark Oxypatch, was owned by Insulpatch Pty Ltd, whose registered office address was in Noosa Heads.
Both trademarks were registered in March 2010 and
abandoned in 2011. I also note that a registered Australian company, Cellucreme Pty Ltd (ACN 143 244 259) received an
ASIC notice of proposed deregistration on August 21, 2012.
On then
checking Insulpatch Pty Ltd, which was incorporated in March 2010, I found its name was changed to Mastitis Management Australia. MMA, of course, was a licensee company of POH before it was folded into Integrated Animal Health.
Not only are there some striking parallels in these names with products that POH has developed, is developing or was developing but I note that Cellucrème, Oxypatch and Insulpatch were all referred to as products being developed by POH in
HC posts in April 2010. According to
further posts in early 2011, it seems that there had been a Cellucreme and Insulpatch website (described in less-than-glowing terms) which then disappeared.
Can anyone explain the connections to me? Is Cellucrème is in any way related to POH’s Bodyshaper Cellulite Contour Crème? If not, is anyone familiar with Cellucrème’s product/s? Is Oxypatch (described as a transdermal patch for use in pain) in any way related to POH’s TPM oxycodone or oxymorphone patches? Does Insulpatch have anything to do with POH’s once-planned TPM insulin patch?
