This one has me confused. Unfortunately bought at much higher levels, expected it to go sliding down into oblivion today. Instead, it is up 14%. Is this manipulation of the price or am I missing something here?

Spoke to director late last year who mentioned that the relationship with Jichuan is very good and they could call on more cash from them if needed. Also, director's wife sold a parcel of shares Dec 08.

Now wondering if there is a possibility that Fox it could be a take over? The onlt debt it has is some HP for plant equipment, otherwise is debt free. Cash position is frighteningly low. They just HAVE to get an injection of cash or be taken over or be put to sleep.

Would Jichuan be allowed to buy out the company if the wanted to?

Does anyone have information that would help clarify this company's position?
