    the sale of ridley will be even futher delayed until
    clarifications are asked for and given and then put into legislation,only when potential buyers know if there is a tax or what form of tax or what rate of tax will there be can they make informed decisons and invest there money.
    so the cash burn continues and so does the uncertainty.
