In the RAN explanatory memorandum for the EGM this coming Thursday there is a clause 1 (e) relating to an 'event cash payment'.
This clause and the formula below it are very confusing and depending on how you read it and apply the formula vastly different and substantial payouts to the CEO can result. Is this what was intended?
In light of this confusion and in the absence of an explanation there is only one option and that is to vote against the issue of options.
Just another example of how this company can make a mess out of such a simple notion.
