    It is hard to say at this stage if the Noteholders will get any pay out. I guess also it is subjective as to what is considered a fair pay out. I think at this stage rather than a fair payout the Noteholders are hoping for any pay out.

    I am assuming you are asking this question based on your concern for the Noteholders.
