Well,
I have completely changed my mind!
I remembered Ivanhoe saying the merlin strike would be a bit like wmc when it found kambalda..so i looked back at share issues etc and management share issues.
The key is that with a company growing like this, sitting on a great resource and in the competitive environment we are in you need a great management. With a great management like iva has and wmc had you can get the company to grow and successfully develop without having to sell assets or the company too early. So given it is vital to have a strong management it is vital to reward them so they don't get poached by the bigger guys.
As regards possible share issues..well the key is to take up the stock to not be diluted.they will have to raise more money, wmc did also..so thats fine
WMC did great and i can see now that iva is on the same path so i am once more a buyer of this story!
