Will be interesting to see what transpires.

I guess TRF owning 40% if IFE dilutes rather than 50% would be the same as if TRF retained 50%, but itself was diluted to an 80/20. Ie 0.8 * 50 = 40%.

Those are just some speccy numbers, but just illustrating.

Until this announcement i was always assuming that TRF would retain 50%, and both IFE and TRF would be diluted.

The good news is looks like here is the money, what matters is the rate at which dilution occurs and the capital has been raised at. Hoping management have negotated good terms.

I think they just need to get this done and the project rolling.

Not expecting a SPP for the rest of us as i think Mgt need to focus on shipping, but perhaps they have something lined up.

Heres hoping that in a few more days and all will be revealed.
