    If that is the case then TRF's holding in IFE will be dramatically diluted...IFE market cap 51M and they need somewhere around 30M (this number keeps changing).

    Also as mentioned earlier, IFE did not resolve to issue additional shares but TRF did pass a resolution to issue up to 15% additional shares.
