A couple of things but JMO, I would be surprised if some of the cap raising was not in the form of a loan, they wouldn't want to issue so many shares to dilute, and I would be surprised if TRF didn't keep at least 50% of the project. After all, it is TRF's project, this is all their doing. The potential to issue TRF shares flagged at the General Meeting could be to help keep their 50%.
Even so, I have the feeling it is all good news. Project funded, we can be on our way.
