What is now more important is that the % has increased and getting closer to the magic 19,9 % when he needs to make a formal take over offer for the company. - Not so
This would have to be at a premium and he would be a fool to rush to that percentage without buying "in the lows"
Not saying it is going to happen for sure but looking very likely and I for one have many of these babies and hope like mad that it DOES.
