Yes this is true. He just pulled out, shareprice dropped 30%.

I reckon he didnt offer enough, and the directors said come back later with a better offer.

I also believe there is some history between himself and BMG.

On a side note, I have emailed BMG to see if I can garnish any information from them regarding the recent Hawsons announcement. I would be interested to hear their thoughts on the results. A long shot I know, but any information is helpful.
