There's a loss in translation, but I believe the article title should read:
Congo aims to become “one of the top 3 mine producing countries in the world"

It's too vague to suggest whether this relates to I/O alone, or a mixture of mined commodities.

So out of interest, who are the top 10 I/O producing countries as of 2019.



Sorry Kazakhstan, but all things going well, you'll be pushed out of the top 10.
