Have you read Chairman Ding's pre Xmas market update exactly 4 weeks ago ? He was in China (the same China you say will cut him loose) telling shareholders how satisfied he was with progress in China and in Africa.

The litigation initiated by SLD (think some articles mentioned Avima also threatened to sue ANS) was months earlier.

Why didn't China dump Ding then and instead granted him the visa in September to travel there in October and meet with the largest companies in the world. He had those meetings.
