    Another fresh blow to Katanga on top of previously known and recent lawsuit by the state owned partner asking the top court of Congo to essentially takeaway the ownership of the mine from Glencore aka 'nationalization'.

    This seems like a double whammy, seriously endangering the world cobalt supplies.
    Potentially very good news for Australian cobalt.
