Sorry correct me if I am wrong but doesn't the Congo convention still have to be passed by parliament so as to be law in the Congo. Cameroon I think has already achieved this. I as an infrastructure provider or other certainly wouldn't be providing even $2 of funding for infrastructure or off take unless this was achieved. SDL were working on this but no word on any progress as yet? Time is ticking
