Your fear is misplaced Chuckey. This enquiry is all about fairness and I certainly don't have any problem with this process. It is also not a "new" enquiry.
I remember that this project (kulu/mutoshi) was also a difficult acquisition as there was some sort of counter claim made by an Indian company which eventually ended in some sort of settlement. This legal wrangling might now be useful as it could be used as evidence of probity and legal scrutiny for AVM.

From the various news reports that I have read, part of the govt's concern is that many of these projects have not been advanced as promised. Certainly could not accuse AVM of not starting a project!
Anyway, the loss of Kulu would not alter much imho. The shining stars for AVM are Dik and Kinsevere. These two projects are not in question based on the disclosure made in the recent prospectus. They will be cashflow powerhouses for many years to come and will be added to from the many irons AVM has the fire.
We aint seen nothing yet imho.
