    The Paris Club,aka World Bank is giving the Congo $5.7bil in foreign aid:

    It would be a good time BT to announce the Gecamine acquisitions next week with spot copper at $1.42/lb and futures at $1.395/lb - I bought another 40k shares yesterday expecting to get a 20% return within the week - no inside info, just living in hope - it must be announced this month, so why not next week?
