Im calling a bottom here. Good puke and volume coming in. Orders coming in for this low 30 support area on the chart and the 50 day MA. Nice bounce so far. The apparent bad news due to the DRC legislation changes to mining tax are likely factored in now - and retails again run on fear. Fear is where you buy. I missed my top up order as I was over stepped.
Yes still lingering uncertainty around the super tax and Kabilla's future but both have been known for 6 months or more. The actual tax increases still place the DRC below most African nations and on par with say Australia lol.
And remember if the DRC does not produce Cobalt you mose well short the whole EV movement - go out and start shorting every lithium and cobalt stock out there including the fanciful Canadian feel good plays - because without DRC volume supply will not meet demand and the revolution will flop.
