Katanga will retain its 75% ownership of the joint venture, and Gecamines will continue to hold the other 25%.

Royalty payments to Gecamines, however, will increase from 1.5% to 2.5% of net revenue.

If what satisfies the mining review is a 1% increase in royalties then it bodes well for our negotiations I would think.
