This business of letting you put up the money and take the risk first, pay for all the exploration and take the risk you wont find anything, spend your money on capital costs if you do, then come in and want a free ride after you have taken all the risks and had no income from your money for yonks, is for the birds. Its just absurd. Bludging.
To hell with them. Dont put your money into the Congo, ever, and be wary of most of Africa-period. Botswana OK, Zambia these days, maybe. Namibia? maybe. The rest? Forget it.
