Does anyone know who the "institutional, sophisticated, and wholesale investors" were back in the June 2020 placement? Or the "strategic investment partners" in the December placement? If my calculations are correct in less that 1 year this company has cost the June investors $2,260,000; and December $880,000; if they're still holding at $.17 today. What the hells going on here... if they can catch people in that league what hope do I have here. Buy side drying right up, I'm usually positive but I don't have a good feeling right now.

My thoughts: There is complete incompetents at the top and they can't figure out how to properly monetise what they have; they're second guessing the strategic direction, Again; OR there is a Regulatory hold up on a couple of strategic dots that need connecting before everything falls in place/is released. I hope the latter...
