I'm confused...
Given PVM will be transferred to a combined entity, we will be sharing in all the "positives" that result hereafter.
I understand that the new Company will now provide the funds for the Obotan mine, without debt..... and PVM were targeting production in 2013..... suggesting there may be a dividend stream to follow. Now us PVM shareholders will have to share that.

Further, Asanko Gold will be in its development stage for years.

Does this mean I now have to wait significantly longer for a dividend stream?

I cant see how I can benefit from Obotan's production ... any time soon... under the tie up arrangement.
