I thought of that as well, but I suppose there's no difference. The other option would have been to load up with debt, which would need to be paid off before distributions. And then what if Kobi or another deposit started looking promising, profits would be diverted for growth.
It probably just feels strange to you, like it does for me. It's like your football team merging.
