Raks you suggest PEN is "in grave need of something substantial to bring back buyer confidence". Do you really think so? PEN's announcements in recent months have been great. Although a resource is being steadily established it remains a specy in business terms until it turns a profit. And so is subject to trading fluctuations, which for a specy can be a wide range, and for no fundamental or discernible reason that relates directly to PEN. The only "substantial" thing PEN needs is time, and not a huge amount by specy standards. My confidence is unchanged, and I doubt the recent decline is about confidence (except for traders).
