    The Corporations Act allows for shareholders who own 5% or more of the company to force the company to hold an EGM to vote on resolutions they nominate.

    So you can do exactly what CB has done - just get 5% of shareholdings to support you.

    CB can tell you how easy it's been for him.

    And it's not just legal, it's inscribed in the Act.
