Are they really an insider?
They are a large shareholder who will distribute product.
I guess if they get seats at the board they will be.
Perhaps if they bought prior to the announcement, then they might have been quilty of insider trading....but now they are free to. They are not directors of HFA, so the trading windows will not apply.
All very interesting.
Doesnt change the fact, someone bought/sold a nice block of stock today.
