In relation to the overriding conditions of the performance shares, point B) states that all the performance shares will convert to NSL shares (or should that read IOH), if the project is sold for 640,000,000. If I take that and divde by the total shares on offer post capital raising and performance shares, (897,383,826) gives us total consideration of 71.3c per share or 17.8c pre consolidation of NSL!! Maybe the sale price will be significantly more after further resource definition.
