Guys,

I do not hold and have no plans to buy - especially after that announcement.

The euphoria people seem to be experiencing I think will turn into disappointment farily quickly by mid next week.

I couldn't believe what I was reading. Not because it was a good deal or announcement but because of the following;

A) Massive grab for shares by the directors - obscene and outrageous.
B) Cap raising at no less than half the pre suspension price.
C) Consolidation with value given at half the last traded price.

As far as I am concerned, current shareholders just got screwed. If they do prove up a reasonable low grade inferred resource, then current holders have just given away 80 - 90% of the company.

Good luck on Monday but I seriously doubt it will trade that well. May struggle to stay in double figures I think. Don't compare to FMS. FMS have a few little things going for them that NSL doesn't.

Will the potential cap raising companies keep the sp down to get that 5 cents that they are after????. Lots of questions and concerns here.
