Priest, think it through. Jinchuan don't want to be holders of stock if they can help it. They've put capital into AGM to secure supply and would have had to put more in to finance development. With ZFX the supply agreements will be secure, they get their capital back plus profit and they don't have to tip in more capital in the future. This is a definite win for Jinchuan.
