    I believe AVO, its workers and mgmt have more than earned my appreciation as well as everyone else's for their work toward production in the last 4 years.
    They have contributed a lot of hard work at Higginsville and I hope that they too are able to enjoy the incoming rewards through the employee remuneration plan.

    Well done and I look forward to the official re-rating status.
