You could equally say that people blame whoever the guys shouting on tv say we should blame.
I don't pretend I know....you should equally be a little circumspect when the number one issue raised by leave was immigration...I doubt people voted against French or Italian waiters, more like against Pakistanis or other middle eastern people......who don't even have a European passport to start with
