Also bear in mind that the clock is ticking and management has shown they're willing to use some "scare tactics" as JK interview yesterday...If we don't sign next step is VA and who knows what else.
This management should be removed from the board and a responsible board of directors + CEO + CFO should overhaul the company. That's not gonna happen, but these guys should be given the boot.
