You may be right of course, but my thoughts are:

1. No point in selling as I will miss out on the issue of 1/4 - that's a lot of shares, for bgger all $
2. I, and many others think, there's way too much upside and our $ invested will be worth way more by selling in a couple of months rather than for a few bucks now
3. Maybe they waiting to do gas flow rate ann after the issue, as sp went so well since issue ann that the 0.8c is now way off the sp mark - this would help to prevent dillution in the sp
4. Too many people see the potential here, as traders sell out others should buy in as it drops (me incl), minimising/slowing the sp dillution or drop

Anyway, i'm no expert, but that's just me, and I am happy to do this with my cashola, as I know I'll make tonnes of money by sticking it out...
