Looks like a interesting stock to invest in as the CV on top of timing of the Wellbeing acquisition has ripped the SP to pieces - in my view would be significantly higher without CV fear factor - especially if the acquisition is knocked back or renegotiated to reflect new value expectations in the market post CV.
