To be honest, Both lithium and Cobalt technically are done .. Lithium was 2 years ago if you were savvy and in the know and Cobalt was last year... The general market has now caught up to Cobalt. The Savvy stories that are in the now to people in the industry are vanadium and scandium, however the you wont see movement on it because the general market wont catch on until late 2017 to mid 2018.
