I just bought shares in MPO today because of the insanity that hit the canadian exchanges this morning regarding a huge gas find by FOREST OIL right next door to MPO's Quebec lowland gas properties (1.2 million acres).
FST a 5 billion US oil company announced they hit so much gas they are selling a third of their present assets in order to develop it.

Neighbors and jv partners were screaming:
ATI up 460% 8 million shares volume
GMR up 123% 16 million shares volume
JNX up 58% 3 million shares volume
QEC up 38% 13 million shares volume

I expect mpo to make an announcement regarding this new massive play soon
