The value of Diasource is not factored into the share price at the moment and more than likely wont be for a couple of months yet. You don't just issue over 100 million shares at $0.075 and then expect the sp to double the next week, its just not how the market works. I am one of ADOs biggest bulls, but when it hit 10 yesterday, even I started to drop a couple, just because I knew it would not hold there.

There are many reasons why this generally happens, not least the psychology of humans.

When the deal in finalized we may see some insto buying which may bring us up a bit, but the main thing will be time and the washout of a number of shares that have been issued to parties that are not long and are happy to take any reasonable profit. Watching the weekly volumes will give you some idea.

The value of the acquisition and more will be realized in the next couple of months, so if you are long with a mid term investment frame, just sit tight and accumulate.

I have been a holder in ADO for about 5 years now, and can honestly say, I have never been more excited about the coming 6 months.
