Not an expert, just a great lover of GOLD.
Gold is not easy to find, found in veins at various depths & thickness, mostly have to go underground which is not cheap & requires reasonable certainty that sufficient amounts exist.
Establishing a resource of 2M oz can not be done overnight, if ever at all until it's been pulled out of the ground.
CXO, so far have found many nuggets on virgin gold land.
Stages: Rock chips. Trenching. Aero magnetic survey. Drilling. Assays to lab, results can take months & sometimes only come up with quartz.
IF, a mine is to be established will require plant, machinery, ball mill, lab, accommodation, operators & staff & $M's more before gold can be processed then sent to Perth mint to be poured. Maybe Darwin or Kal, not sure.
Do a bit of research. Our management are very good with gold exploration, hope this helps.
