    Was always fearful an opportunist T/O would be recommended.Board's stance commendable-they know what's coming up & genuine investors will prosper. Future dividends per annum probably more than Conglin's bid.
    Conglin may well now launch hostile bid but wer'e on the radar & think he'll run into competition.
    Pleased to see end of speculators & over committed option holders this a.m. One day they'll learn !!!
