The fundamentals were always there, it was just the sentiment that was negative for most of this year and we can thank The Australian business section and AFR for a complete Chinese bias on the commentary of MMX. I would like to see Bryan Frith from the Australian now report something positive about MMX, if he can. I would like to congratulate Paul and the board for a successful outcome on this bid. I'm sure they felt like us at stages during this year. Now Mitsubishi will be happy they have an opportunity to engineer this port and rail facility and have the marketing agreements to stage two. Hopefully now a long and prosperous road for all holders.
