THEPENNYGURU can you cut and paste the whole update as having computer problems and cannot even read the update pdf.
From the bit you have posted suggests the H C Stark negotiations have hit a wall and Gip are not sure of German government backing? Is this consistent with the rest of the update?
Why has the Syncon been knocked back?
"In the 2010 fiscal year, H.C. Starck increased its revenues by 59 percent to €689 million."
Certainly Starck are not short of money.
