I feel with interest rates rising the property market will suffer most as far as property prices go and investment strategies become less attractive.

We've seen in years gone by people turn to gold as a safe haven, that seemingly to me is normally around ~$1800 USD an ounce.

What I have noticed more recently (over the past couple of years)
Lithium stocks have become a new safe haven to a degree as anyone that watches the news or business reports of late Wouk realise this is the new future and it is coming and no-one can change that.

So to me it's a long steady climb with a few fluctuations on the way but I'm glad I didn't sell for $2 just a few short months ago.

Most here believe in PLS and the believer's will be rewarded.
