I really don't care much for Alan these days, but as you said, I used to be one of the cheer squad.
It's now 4.5 years since the signing of the IA, but the SP is stuck back in 2008.
The factory was finished two years ago.
Revenue raising Contract Manufacturing was cancelled at around the same time.
It's now January 2013, and you'd be struggling to buy a decent car with the revenue we've got.
If you think that things are going great, well good for you, as I may severely misguided, but I doubt it.
Politicians who break promises are called liars, and dodgy.
CEOs who consistently fail to bring in any meaningful revenue, after years of promising that it's just around the corner, could be called the same, or even worse IMO.
