Normally Hotcopper is about belting management teams for doing an ordinary job. Today Martin Ward announced his retirement (move from CEO at APE to advisor to the Board & the incoming CEO). And I can't speak highly enough about how he's taken this small QLD based business into the most dominant player in the Australian Automotive industry. Not many CEO's walk away from a job when they've finally got their business to the top of the tree, but Mr Ward is doing just that. Congratulations on an amazing 16 years role as CEO, just wish I'd acquired more shares along the way.
