I don't see MNS doing a CR before those options expire. Assuming a high conversion rate, what will the SP be then (after some profit-taking by the converters)?? Nobody knows. My guess is that it potentially could be a fair bit lower than the current SP, which will ultimately impact the issue price on a CR. I could go into potential dilution issues etc..
